Challenge #43: Paper Piecing

Hello and Good Morning to All!

OK, so you're not big fans of "Texting Terminology", huh?
We only had three ladies enter last weeks' challenge!

Since the winner usually gets THREE images from The Stamping Boutique,
I think we'll just make everyone happy today!

Congrats! You are all winners!!

Contact me (Stacie) at hestiashelper@gmail.com
with your choice of ANY image

And feel free to post your "I Won" badge at your blogs!

Each month, over at our Crafting Community: The Crafter's Cafe
we host a Kid's Challenge
Now that school is out for summer,
lots of crafty moms are looking for things to do with the kiddos!

Our Kid's Challenge is FUN and each month,
we post a tutorial to teach the Junior Crafters a new technique.
The tutorial is created by one of our own Kid's Design Team members!!

This month, their technique is
  PAPER PIECING!!

We challenged our TSB Design Team to create paper-pieced projects
to help support our Kid Crafters!

Since it's July, we added in a "Red White and Blue" color option
for the challenge too!

We provided the "Star" image from The Stamping Boutique
to our team for this challenge.
If you would like "The Star", just email me (Stacie)
at hestiashelper@gmail.com to request it.
My only request is that if you ask for the image
you MUST use it to enter this challenge!
As always, our TSB Designers managed to create the most wonderful
PAPER PIECED projects to inspire you!

Debbie HAD to bling it up just a bit!
I love how she embossed the red stripes in her Star!

Judy (CraftyGirl) made THE most adorable bookmark!
What a perfect sentiment for this super-Star!
She claims this is the FIRST time she's ever tried
PAPER PIECING! Look out, it's addictive!
Julia can't seem to help herself!
She's the PAPER PIECING QUEEN with THREE different cards this week!
She used Be Inspiring, Alice in Wonderland Queen of Hearts and Swirl Tree

Miranda! Seriously??
She even paper pieced the tiny little dots around the coffee cup!!
If you've seen Lollipop Square in the TSB Shop,
you'd know that there are many, many tiny, tiny parts
and she pieced them ALL!!
And what a FANTASTIC red, white and blue background!
So, there you go!!

We KNOW you feel inspired to give it a try, right?

And if you've never tried PAPER PIECING,
the tutorial at The Crafter's Cafe
was made by our very own Abby Miller
and she will show you the way!
