Good Morning everyone! It's a very sunny Tuesday morning here in NC. I just can't wait for the temps. to rise again...this waking up to 20 somethings is too dang cold for me!!!
I'm going to get started with the winner from last weeks challenge!
Awwww....bunny in egg is colored soooo pretty (I think everyone loved their freebie in our last newsletter)...and wow...look at those swirls in that punch or die cut...I need that!!!
This is one of my favorite lines EVER...the Alice in Wonderland line and this sentiment is soooo perfect for this! I love the swirls as her background paper that she embossed!
is actually using one of TSB's older images from the medival collection Princess Gwendolyn and it looks amazing surrounded by all those beautiful flowers and pearls and of course swirls!!
Wow wow wow....Sandy is showing off for us a little bit today with her use of 20/40 butterfly!!! LOL!! This is some amazing work and I always love to see what the girls come up with when they use images like this...fab work Sandy!
We are starting something new here at The Stamping Boutique called "Spotlight Sunday." Every Sunday we will be featuring a specific line of images or maybe just a new image that we would like to highlight and make you aware of in the store.
This week we are featuring our line of "telephone images" that would be perfect for all those cards where you just want to drop someone a line you haven't talked to in awhile. I can just picture these cute images with sentiments like:
* Call me anytime, just call me!
* Just wanted to drop you a line!
* Long time, no talk!
* Hello
* I just called to say......
Now no "Spotlight Sunday" would be complete without some inspiration from the design team.
Debbie has created this wonderful layout using "telephone 2" to call and congratulate her daughter for passing her driver's test. Oh so clever and way to think Debbie!
Lawren has created this lovely card to just call and say "Hello" to a friend or family member. I love this color pallet and card design, who wouldn't love to receive this beauty?
Sandy created this purple beauty, I love how she has done the numbers going doing the side of the card.
I would like to introduce you to CraftyGirl, our guest designer for the month. She has created this wonderful card for you all just to say "Hello" and is very excited and looks forward to sharing her talents with you all over next month,
Here is a little bit more about CraftyGirl:
Hi, I am CraftyGirl (not my given name). I am originally from New Jersey but now live in Virginia Beach Virginia with my loving and supportive husband for over 25 years. We have two basset hounds (Romeo and Juliet) and a cat (Sir Die Hard). I think I was born crafting and come but it honestly since my mom was the queen of crafts. She taught me most of what she knew and all of what I know about life and crafts. I love working with paper and am passionate about making cards.
Now what are you waiting for, show us your projects using one of our "telephone images"- link up your projects and we will select one person to win an image of their choice from the store. You have until Saturday evening to enter!
